More than just your quick sachet soup, full of flavor with multiple layers, takes a bit of prep with making the stock but can be used for days in advanced after for some healthy nourishment. Easy to see why it is a daily staple of the Japanese diet.

Chicken Karrage
Japanese Fired Chicken, full of classic Japanese flavors and crispy as heck.

Tazukiri
Candied baby sardines, sounds like vomit, but its sweet and savory, crispy and chewy… Just an amazing thing to throw on some cooked rice or anything for that matter.

Unagi Fish and Aubergine.
Unagi sauce has such a distinct taste and when combined with the sweet aubergine and beautifully fried fish its a real treat. Sprinkled with shiso leaf its a heavenly meal.
